Our prenatal class guides you through the many physical changes that occur in your body during this time, nourishing mother-to-be and baby within, in a friendly and supportive environment. You will learn and become familiar with specific techniques for breath control, pelvic floor strengthening and relaxation to assist you in preparing for labour. Each week you will find balance and become more attuned to your body and the growing baby within. It is strongly recommended that you begin practicing yoga after 12 weeks of gestation.
