Our postnatal class is specifically designed to nurture new mums through the recovery of their bodies post birth, while uplifting the spirits and safely building up strength. This allows a smooth transition into general yoga classes or other forms of exercise. Mindfully assist your body in rebuilding to its former glory, dropping the weight and creating a strong, new you. The class is centered mainly around mum, with babies welcome to attend, either to lie with you or to socialise with other bubs, while you are supported to attend to their needs without hesitation.
