This is a fun and interactive class for mums and their babies of up to 12 months old. It’s comprised of a light-hearted yoga practice to help postnatal recovery and to soothe tired muscles while bonding and connecting with your bub. Share the journey of motherhood with like-minded mums in a relaxed and supportive environment, and leave feeling connected and calm. Our instructors are accommodating to the needs of new bubs, creating the freedom to nurse and rock your little one without hesitation. The building has lift access and plenty of room to park prams.
