Our beginners class takes a light-hearted approach encouraging you to ask questions while you explore foundational postures, their correct alignment and transitions. Each week you become more familiar with breath control, body awareness and meditation techniques as you gain an insight into the different styles of yoga with some fun and play thrown in for good measure.
